Hi guys, hope everyone is good !!


Just thought I would post the make-up I'm wearing tonight, I'm having a friend and Jack over and I'm cooking dinner ! Yummyy

I'm wearing Clinique cubby stick and Max factor false lash effect.

OPI- Flashbulb Fuchsia 
- Fantastic bright pink with a hint of cool blue undertone.

New clothes!

I've been really into shirts recently and I've been loving all the new outfits I can put together with them :) I also got a great new necklass from Topshop, its a metal cross on a black thread, sounds simple but really brings an outfit together ! 

(New look- £14.99)


I also got a lovely purple shirt from Forever 21 and a black and white spotty one from Vera Moda :) 

I'm trying to dress out of my comfort zone, making me think more about what I wear! 

Review : My Curl

I was sent these to review and I've never heard of the brand before, but I was excited to try them! 


I tried them on my mum first, because she has lovely hair and its short enough to style fairly quickly. 


The actual product is a set of 6 bone shaped plastic with elastic round the each side. The individual curlers are of no use unless you have a straightener. 

They come in a sleek black case with individual holders, the actual curlers are professional looking and small when in a the case. 


When curling my mums hair they weren't easy to use, trying to wrap the hair around the curlers and putting the elastic in the right place took some practice. 


You then straighten the plastic curler with the hair wrapped around. It gives this kind of effect...

The style wasn't exactly what we were hoping for but I think with a little bit of practice we could get a much better more controlled curl. 


I would give these curlers 6/10. :)

Mac Lipstick

I got this lipstick for Christmas from Jack, I chose it but he wrapped it up and saved it for Christmas :)


I've finished placement now and got a bit of a break ! Its nice to spend some time with my family and Jack while I can. As soon as i know it ill be back on placement again and rushed off my feet. 


When ever I finish placement the first thing I do is paint my nails! Sad I know, but I love seeing my nails lovely and painted with bright sparkly nail varnish. 


I know its valentines day today and I've spent most the day with Jack, we never really do much for valentines, im not sure why it just always seems to pass us by. We are both ill at the moment so were not being much fun, he got me some roses and a card and I made him some heart shape cakes and a card! We love each other and have been together for 4 years so the whole valentines thing isn't a huge deal anymore. 


Im sitting here with macaroons next too me, I've never tried them before but saw them in M&S and thought I would try them. Im not that impressed really, they just taste like sugar. :S oh well! 


The lipsticks called speed dial and the nail varnish is Happy Birthday from Deborah Lippmann.

New lip products !

Hi guys! I've got quite a few new lip products recently and apart from lip balm I haven't been wearing anything on my lips! For placement I don't like to wear a colour and I always forget when I'm going out. I'm going to try and make more of a concious effort to pop a bit of lippy on! 


I was given a Urban decay lipstick in Hotpants - a lovely creamy soft pink with a hint of shimmer, and bobbi brown lipgloss 13 pink sequin. Its one I looked at in House of Frasier but didnt pick up at the time so its lovely to be given it to play with :)


I have been wearing the Urban decay gloss Naked, that comes with the Naked2 palette, its a nice texture and a very nude colour but it tingles on your lips which I love !
