Norwich Haul

Hello! How is everyone? Sorry its been so long, i've just finished my placement on A&E and absolutely loved it! Seen some amazing stuff but its nice to be going back to Uni on Tuesday and seeing the Uni girls (and boy) :D

I went shopping yesterday with my mum, we went to Norwich even though i am full of a cold :( Mum wanted to find a Jacket and some other things and i just went along to pick up some bits of make-up i needed :)

I bought some moisturiser because my Clinique moisturising lotion is all used up, i decided to buy Liz Earle skin repair moisturiser because i wanted something a little thicker than the lotion i was using before. I have used Liz Earle moisturiser before and was really impressed! Its only £18.50 as well which is less than the Clinique one :D

I also picked up my Urban Decay eyeliner in Mildew, its the prettiest golden green that works on its own or with lots of green toned eye shadow.

I havent been to Lush in a while so i popped in to see what was new and got some "lush" bath bombs, the new Twilight bomb and geo fizz, which is meant to be good for colds! :( lets hope it works!

L'Occitane Almond Shower Oil

Hey guys, how have you been?!? It's been a while since I posted, im on placement at the moment in A&E so i've been so busy!

I have been meaning to post about this product for a few weeks, i bought it in august time and have been using it on and off.

Originally i bought it after seeing lots of blogs mention it and how it was a "favourite product" of many bloggers out there!

I haven't had the best time with this product, but that could be partly my fault. I knew this shower oil wasn't going to foam up as much as a "normal" shower gel, but i wasn't expecting the foam to be so little and last for such a small time.

The smell is also very mild, and for someone who likes a strong smelling shower gel this really wasn't the product for me! This isn't the fault of the product, but my expectations were very high.

When buying the product, i smelt it and felt it, looked at the price and had to pick my jaw off the floor! I can't actually believe i spend £16.50 on a shower gel! When I normally stretch to (at most) £6 on a shower gel, spending nearly double that i was expecting something fantastic! I was slightly disappointed with this product.

Im not advising you guys not to buy this product i just wanted to give you my thoughts on it :)

Purple/taupe eyes

Hey guys, thought i would just do a quick post about my new eye products. I bought both of these on holiday, well one on holiday the other at the airport.

I really love this purple/taupe eye colour its much more wearable during the day than my usual bright purple.

I used Urban Decay Rockstar as the eyeliner.

The only problem with this Channel eye product (i think its cross between a shadow and a cream) is it doesnt have amazing lasting power. Around 2/3 hours and it does crease without a primer.

Its been a long time...

Above is a picture of my mum and aunty at Glastonbury Tor, it was a lovely holiday :)

Sorry guys, i've been on holiday for the last week and before that i was house-sitting and i've been all over the place really :D

I've had an amazing summer and spent loads of time relaxing and seeing all my friends and family :) When I went to Greece last week I picked up some things in Sephora and I got some Bioderma water too :) excited to try these!

Before I went away I found the Lidi perfume Suddenly, which is meant to give Coco Channel perfume a run for its money! I really love its fresh sweet smell but the staying power is shocking... after 20 mins I really cant smell it any more, but other people still can for a few hours so I suppose that's pretty good going.

I got a lovely purple eye palette which I can't wait to use in a look soon :)

When we were in the city of Thesoloniki in Greece I saw quite a few different types of skincare brands in the Pharmacy's which I was extremely tempted by, but I didnt have much room left back in my suitcase so I couldn't buy much :(

The Body Shop Moringa Body Butter

This may be the best body moisturiser I have ever used! Just puttin' it out there...

I have used these body butters for years and have always loved them, in fact i may have blogged about them before, but I just thought you guys needed a refresher!

Its so soft, smells fresh and floral, is natural* and soaks in to your skin really quickly.

I love the body shop butters because they have so many different fragrances, some fruity, nutty or floral. I have a mixture of the different fragrances and some work better than others.

Moringa has always been my favourite, its a sort of jasmine/sweetpea fragrance. Some people love it, others hate it so you really have to smell it before you buy.

The tubs are 200ml and cost £12.50 although the body shop do discount cards, and you can find vouchers sometimes online :)
